The Role of Human Resources Specialist

Mada Properties is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage talent acquisition and ensure a smooth integration process for new hires. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, focuses on sourcing top real estate talent, overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, and providing a structured onboarding experience, while also supporting daily HR operations. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and sourcing activities, including posting job listings, actively sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and shortlisting qualified applicants for sales and administrative roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle, which involves preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and collecting necessary new hire documentation.
  • Coordinate with IT and management to ensure workspace setups, system access, and welcome kits are prepared before new employees' start dates.
  • Conduct comprehensive new employee orientations, facilitate team introductions, and align training schedules.
  • Assist with the registration of new employees on official Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudadd.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records within the HR database.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires regarding basic HR inquiries, company policies, and workplace integration.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
