Join FMCO as a Human Resources Specialist!
As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations that support our dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including hiring, contract management, employee data updates, and terminations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to complete onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Prepare, organize, and securely store employee files and documentation.
  • Support the Government Relations department with processing employee-related documentation such as visas, iqamas, and licenses when required.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, company regulations, and Saudi labor laws.
  • Prepare and submit regular HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment, etc.).
  • Participate in the implementation of training and development programs.
  • Provide administrative and HR-related support to employees and departments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
