Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing business requirements from clients or users.
  • Documenting current processes and systems and suggesting improvements.
  • Preparing reports and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Collaborating with development and technical support teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Testing systems and ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Providing simplified explanations of technical solutions to users and clients.
  • Preparing presentations and explaining the advantages of systems or software.
  • Following up on technical issues and contributing to their resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and data analysis.
  • Good understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good level of English language proficiency.
  • Communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
