About the Inpatient Manager Role

Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced Inpatient Manager to oversee and enhance inpatient operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region. The role focuses on ensuring high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and adherence to healthcare quality regulations.

Core Responsibilities

The Inpatient Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the Inpatient Department. Key duties include:

• Leading day-to-day inpatient department operations.
• Optimizing bed management, patient flow, admissions, discharges, and resource utilization.
• Developing and implementing departmental strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitoring key performance indicators such as bed occupancy, length of stay, and patient satisfaction.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with various departments including Medical, Nursing, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless patient care.
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards (CBAHI, JCI) and all relevant healthcare regulations.
• Driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient-centered care across inpatient services.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree in Medicine is required; a Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• 8–10 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in a middle management or leadership role within inpatient or hospital operations.
