About the Role

Aventus Global Talent is seeking an Internal Auditor to support a client, a leading consulting firm, on a 12-month contract. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires an Arabic-speaking specialist to provide essential internal audit expertise.

Role Purpose

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting thorough audit reviews, with a specific focus on financial and real estate investments. This role is critical for identifying control gaps and ensuring robust governance and risk management practices are in place for the client's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting hands-on audits of financial investments.
• Performing hands-on audits of real estate investments.
• Executing comprehensive audit reviews to assess operational effectiveness.
• Identifying and documenting control gaps within existing processes.
• Preparing clear and concise audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in internal audit, with specific hands-on experience in auditing financial and real estate investments.
• Possession of a professional certification such as CIA, CFA, CAIA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management principles.

Location and Availability

This position requires the candidate to be currently based in Riyadh or be able to relocate to the city immediately. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join promptly or on short notice.
