Join our Team as an Inventory Specialist!
At AHAD Business Services, we are looking for a dedicated Inventory Specialist to manage our retail apparel inventory efficiently. This role is vital for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that stock levels are optimized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Processing: Verify incoming shipments, unpack, tag, and allocate new merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct regular cycle counts and audits, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Storage and Organization: Ensure efficient storage of inventory, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and optimize space utilization.
  • Stocking and Replenishment: Pull inventory for sales floor replenishment, prepare items for display, and assist with restocking efforts.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and resolve discrepancies, report damaged or defective items, and implement measures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with other team members, including sales associates and managers, to ensure smooth operations and efficient inventory flow.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate inventory reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve inventory management practices.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Organizational skills for an efficient workspace.
