Company Overview:
Madak is a Saudi-based real estate investment platform reshaping access to real estate. We empower individuals to invest in income-generating properties through fractional ownership, combining technology with regulated investment models for transparent ownership.

Role Overview:
The Investor Relations Specialist will be the voice of Madak to our investors, key in building trust, and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors
  • Handle incoming investor inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Prepare and present investor updates, reports, and performance insights
  • Coordinate investor communications, meetings, and events
  • Gather investor feedback to support internal decision-making
  • Ensure communication complies with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations or Financial Communications
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and investment concepts
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Background in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
