About the Role

This full-time, on-site position involves understanding client IT infrastructure needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. The role is instrumental in bridging client requirements with PAIS Gulf's advanced IT offerings, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT infrastructure needs and business objectives.
• Propose and design IT solutions that address identified client requirements.
• Conduct technical presentations to clients, demonstrating the value of proposed solutions.
• Respond to client proposals and requests for information with accurate technical details.
• Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team and prospective clients.
• Evaluate client requirements to ensure proposed solutions are appropriate and feasible.
• Assist with the initial stages of solution deployment, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving for technical challenges.
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in networking and network security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and articulate IT solutions tailored to client needs.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience

Experience in presales or related technical roles is preferred. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.
