We are a leading manufacturing company specializing in PVC and CPVC and HDPE pipes and fittings, and we have a factory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage, configure, and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system (user interface and server).
• Manage user permissions, security roles, and system settings.
• Process inventory adjustments, matching, and data correction.
• Support ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system operations in warehouses, production, and manufacturing.
• Identify ERP system errors and operational issues, troubleshoot and resolve them.
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and smooth daily ERP operations.
• Provide technical support for the ERP system to all departments, and train users as needed.
Qualifications and Required Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive practical experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (mandatory). At least 3-5 years of experience in managing ERP systems.
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouses, and production modules.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ERP system support skills.
