Join the National Medical Care Team as an IT Help Desk Technician!

Job Summary:
As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for both hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers, network servers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. You play a critical role in ensuring a seamless technology experience for our staff and patients.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a superior quality of service at all times.
  • Assemble and configure personal computers.
  • Install and maintain network components as directed.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Document maintenance activities monthly.
  • Support various NMC business units and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking Technology.
  • Two years of experience in a large hospital setting.
  • Competent in assembling, repairing, and troubleshooting PC hardware and network servers.
  • Fluent in English and knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
