Key Responsibilities:

• Support users and troubleshoot daily technical problems (hardware, networking, systems).
• Install and maintain computers, printers, and internal networks.
• Follow up on system failures and coordinate with service providers as needed.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within the systems.
• Implement data backups and ensure their integrity.
• Monitor the performance of networks and devices, reporting any risks or failures.
• Document technical work and procedures periodically.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows – Linux).
• Understanding of basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP).
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
