Widen the Net, a prominent staffing and recruiting firm, is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our client's growing Riyadh office, part of a leading global social media platform with over 6500 employees worldwide.

About the Job:
As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in managing IT services delivery on-site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and managing Windows OS, Mac OS, and Linux OS environments.
• Handling IT network issues, Active Directory (AD), Office 365, and digital workspace technologies such as Okta, Atlassian, and Google Workspace.
• Addressing tickets backlog, analyzing issues, and following up with end users. Escalating technical issues and providing solutions.
• Building relationships with third-party software and hardware vendors.
• Documentation of processes and solutions.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support or service desk roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with MDM tools like JAMF or Intune.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, and Atlassian is a significant advantage.
• Excellent client-facing skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English.

This is a full-time position with a contract lasting initially 12 months (5 days a week, standard business hours) until the end of 2026, with the potential for annual extensions. The role offers a salary of up to 11,000 SAR per month, depending on experience, and includes work permit sponsorship.

Your Role: As an IT Onsite Technician at Hemmersbach, you will play a critical role in providing local and remote desktop support for our clients. • Providing day-to-day local/remote desktop support.
• Handling inbound calls and answering questions.

We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for end-user IT equipment during a large-scale IT rollout and operations support in Jeddah and Riyadh.

Role Summary:
The IT Support Technician will play a crucial role during both the rollout and live operational phases. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Deploy, configure, and test local and network printers.
• Perform OS setup, user profile configuration, and basic software installations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on-site.
• Provide first-level user support and on-the-spot technical assistance.
• Replace faulty equipment and coordinate repairs or swaps.
• Maintain service tickets, checklists, and site sign-off documentation.

Required Experience & Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk, field support, or desktop support roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and standard office applications.
• Hands-on experience in supporting printers and peripherals.
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP addressing.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Must be available onsite, full-time for the entire project duration.
