Job Description
The Legal Advisor plays a vital role in providing legal guidance and ensuring the company's compliance with local laws. The position is based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and includes:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating diverse contracts for daily operations.
  • Providing legal advice and training across various brands and divisions.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Managing legal documentation and representing the company in legal proceedings.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments for new projects.

Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A Master's degree in law.
  • 510 years of experience in a law firm, with at least 3 years in the corporate sector.

Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. Candidates should possess a strong commercial sense and a progressive approach to problem-solving.
