Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all legal actions concerning the recovery of debts and overdue payments.
• Represent the company in labor courts and work to resolve employment disputes.
• Provide legal support regarding partnership disagreements and internal conflicts.
• Draft and review legal notices, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Coordinate with courts, external lawyers, and government authorities as required.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Saudi national with a valid legal practice license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s is advantageous.
• 35 years of relevant legal experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law, commercial law, and dispute resolution practices.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; professional proficiency in English is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and litigation capabilities.
