يتولى الأخصائي القانوني تقديم الدعم القانوني العملي للأعمال عبر صياغة ومراجعة العقود والمستندات القانونية، وإجراء البحوث القانونية، ودعم الامتثال والحوكمة، وإدارة ملفات القضايا والمطالبات والوثائق. يهدف الدور إلى ضمان سلامة التعاملات من الناحية القانونية، وتقليل المخاطر، وتسريع دورة التعاقد وفق الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة وسياسات الشركة.

المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية
  • صياغة ومراجعة العقود والمستندات: إعداد ومراجعة وتحديث العقود والاتفاقيات بمختلف أنواعها (خدمات، توريد، اتفاقيات سرية، مذكرات تفاهم، إيجارات، مقاولات… إلخ).
  • الدعم الاستشاري القانوني اليومي: الرد على الاستفسارات القانونية التشغيلية للإدارات المختلفة ضمن نطاق الصلاحيات، وتصعيد المسائل المعقدة للمستشار/المدير القانوني عند الحاجة.
  • الحوكمة والامتثال: دعم إجراءات الحوكمة الداخلية عبر التأكد من اكتمال المستندات واعتمادها وفق الصلاحيات (DOA) وحفظها بالطريقة المعتمدة.
  • دعم القضايا والمطالبات والنزاعات: دعم القضايا والمطالبات عبر جمع المستندات، وتنظيم الأدلة، وإدارة الملفات، ومتابعة المواعيد والمهل النظامية.
  • إدارة الوثائق والسجلات القانونية: إدارة أرشفة العقود والسجلات القانونية وتحديث سجل العقود (Contract Register).
  • التعاون الداخلي وتحسين العمليات: التنسيق مع المشتريات، المالية، الاستثمار، الموارد البشرية، المشاريع، والعمليات لضمان استيفاء المتطلبات القانونية عبر دورة التعاقد.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة
  • المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في القانون/الأنظمة أو ما يعادلها (الشهادات المهنية ميزة إضافية).
  • الخبرة: غالبًا 5–8 سنوات خبرة قانونية ذات صلة، ويفضل في بيئة شركات/مجموعات استثمارية.
  • إجادة عالية للغة العربية: في الصياغة القانونية وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (ميزة قوية للعقود والمراسلات ثنائية اللغة).
  • إجادة استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office: والمعرفة بأنظمة إدارة العقود ميزة إضافية.

المهارات والكفاءات
  • دقة عالية ومهارة قوية في الصياغة القانونية والتحليل.
  • قدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة وتحديد الأولويات والالتزام بالمواعيد.
  • نزاهة وسرية ومهنية عالية والالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل.

  • Provide expert legal advice on the Saudi Labor Law and its executive regulations.
  • Analyze systemic risks and provide proactive solutions to avoid legal disputes.
  • Stay updated on the latest legislative changes and royal decrees relevant to the committee’s scope of work.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university.
Experience: 2–4 years of practical experience in a legal role, preferably within a government or semi-government entity in Saudi Arabia.

Legal Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Saudi Arabian judicial system and regulatory environment.
In-depth knowledge of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
Familiarity with the Saudi Labor Law.

Technical Skills: Expertise in using government platforms: Etimad, Najiz, and Muin.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages: Native fluency in Arabic (with strong legal drafting skills) and professional proficiency in English.
