Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including technology agreements and marketing partnerships.
  • Represent the company before courts, labor offices, and government authorities as necessary.
  • Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters, coordinating with external counsel.
  • Advise on employment and labor law matters including terminations, employee relations, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure legal compliance across various domains such as data protection, IP, commercial law, and employment law.
  • Support the development and implementation of legal policies, contract templates, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the primary legal advisor to marketing and operations teams.
  • Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments in corporate, tech, and digital sectors in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required; Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of legal experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) required.
  • Strong experience in litigation, labor law, marketing contracts, data protection, and intellectual property law.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
