Job Summary:
To provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Affairs Department, organize and monitor labor and commercial cases, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage labor and commercial case files (physical and electronic).
  • Track court hearings and judicial notifications through electronic systems.
  • Prepare and format legal memoranda, pleadings, and official correspondence in coordination with the Legal Manager.
  • Record legal meeting minutes, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and judicial authorities regarding procedural matters and deadlines.
  • Conduct preliminary formal review of contracts and legal documents prior to approval.
  • Prepare periodic reports on litigation status and legal risks for management review.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and proper archiving of legal records.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Sharia, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal affairs or law firms.
  • Practical experience in handling labor and commercial cases.
  • Knowledge of Saudi court procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Saudi Companies Law.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic judicial systems.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
