We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who are eager to advance their careers. As a Captain, you will play a crucial role in providing professional and customer-focused service that ensures our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to hotel standards.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
  • Practice excellent customer relations and address complaints and queries satisfactorily.
  • Ensure the Outlet is set-up for service and supervise smooth operations.
  • Direct and supervise the service team to ensure duties are performed per standards.
  • Ensure all colleagues have received adequate training to perform their duties.
  • Organize, plan, and control supplies and maintain concise stock records to minimize wastage.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Skills and Qualifications:
You should ideally have a diploma/degree in the hospitality field and a maximum of two years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential, and familiarity with Micros is desirable. Previous experiences in leadership or supervisory positions are advantageous.
