  • Guide engineers and technicians during troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and safety requirements.
• Planning and Documentation:
  • Review maintenance work orders and validate technical requirements.
  • Ensure accurate completion of maintenance checklists.
  • Provide technical input for shutdowns and scheduled overhauls.
• Reliability and Root Cause Analysis:
  • Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify reliability risks.
  • Recommend actions to improve equipment availability.
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
  • Participate in safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Technical Support and Coordination:
  • Provide technical support to teams to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with engineering and external service providers.
• Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Suggest improvements to maintenance procedures.
  • Share knowledge and apply new maintenance techniques.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 6 to 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance. Strong competencies in preventive maintenance and mechanical engineering are essential.
