Job Purpose:
To supervise and perform maintenance activities on mechanical systems in the poultry processing plant (outside the main production line), ensuring equipment reliability, effective troubleshooting, and safe, efficient operation of all assigned facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
• Diagnose mechanical breakdown problems.
• Fit new parts and ensure equipment is working correctly.
• Carry out quality inspections on maintenance jobs.
• Utilize proper safety techniques and equipment to promote safety for self and others.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul mechanical systems used in processing support areas, including:
  • Rendering Plant
  • WWTP
  • RO Plant
  • Pumps, gearboxes, and motors
  • (Haarslev & Nijhuis Technologies)
• Perform daily maintenance of poultry processing plant equipment and facilities.
• Record and document maintenance activities daily and routinely.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Technician background.
• Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably within the poultry industry, rendering plant, or utilities.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Your Role: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing all maintenance activities within the hotel to ensure an exceptional experience for guests and members. This role involves performing daily inspections, repairing mechanical equipment, and overseeing renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance issues within the hotel.
• Conduct daily checks throughout the hotel.
• Implement emergency procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure all hotel fixtures and fittings are safe and in good condition.
• Develop and manage emergency and energy conservation programs.
• Coordinate renovation projects and oversee contractors to ensure quality work.
• Perform any special projects or responsibilities as assigned.

What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate should exhibit a positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. A background in building management or engineering is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• First Aid certification.
• Vocational training in engineering or related fields.
