Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Establish and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the maintenance contract lifecycle.
• Safety and Quality: Ensure safety for all employees and end-users, and deliver services according to KONE's quality standards and local regulations.
• People Management: Develop and motivate your team of technicians, setting performance objectives and conducting regular reviews.
• Repair Sales: Manage and promote repair sales opportunities, ensuring quality leads are converted to orders.
• Maintenance Operations: Oversee field processes and ensure timely completion of maintenance visits.

Are You the One?
We are looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Elevator & Escalator or similar industries.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• A strong service mindset, with the ability to work under pressure.
