About the Role:
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of our facility systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, 24/7.
  • Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams to execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks effectively.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Monitor contractor performance and enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Lead technical responses to facility emergencies and coordinate rapid recovery actions.
  • Review maintenance reports and provide input for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities operations with supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, and energy management systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in the MHRSD ecosystem (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).

  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and [English/Other].

  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel is a must for payroll auditing).
