Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for a range of duties focused on ensuring efficient and effective maintenance processes. This includes:

• Following established procedures to determine the type and scope of maintenance required, and estimating material quantities and costs.
• Distributing tasks and duties to maintenance team members based on their capabilities and abilities.
• Evaluating the training needs of maintenance teams, developing their skills, or recommending specialized training programs.
• Preparing and overseeing the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Classifying, arranging, documenting, and saving work results and reports.
• Preparing the overall work plan and program for the maintenance department.
• Following up on and evaluating the performance and achievements of the maintenance team.

Qualifications and Experience
