Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Supervise daily operations and implement production schedules.
  • Quality & Process Improvement: Enforce quality control and monitor compliance with procedures.
  • Team Supervision & Development: Manage and train assembly line technicians, conducting performance evaluations.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and conduct training.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an electronics assembly line factory.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic component assembly, wiring, and testing.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
