Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations across construction sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead and guide maintenance technicians and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Inspect buildings, systems, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
