We are a prestigious PIF merged Semi government company and we are currently seeking talented individuals for the position of Maintenance Supervisor in Riyadh.

Role Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of all building systems, assets, and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include supervising technical staff, managing work schedules, ensuring the timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in a facilities management environment.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
  • A valid license or certificate as required by local SCE regulations.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building/facility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Broad knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil).
  • Proficient in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

We are also hiring for the position of HVAC and VRV Technician:
The HVAC and VRV Technician will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and VRV systems across the facility, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC Technology or equivalent.
  • A valid plumber's license or certificate as required by SCE local authorities.
  • VRV/VRF system training and certification (*, Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG) preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC and VRV/VRF systems, preferably within facilities management or commercial.
