Join O-100 as a Marketing & Digital Manager!
O-100 is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Digital Manager to lead its marketing strategy and digital transformation. This pivotal role will drive brand awareness, elevate customer engagement, and support commercial growth across retail and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury, understands high-end consumer behavior, and brings a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that support brand positioning, sales objectives, and store performance. Manage the full marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with product launches, store openings, and key brand moments. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and data insights.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media: Drive O-100’s digital presence through impactful content, paid media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. Oversee social media platforms with compelling storytelling and visual consistency that reflect the luxury DNA of the brand. Build and execute influencer and KOL strategies to amplify visibility and reach.
  • Retail Marketing & Brand Partnerships: Lead all retail marketing activities, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and in-store activations. Collaborate closely with global brand partners on events, artistic collaborations, and co-branded campaigns. Support new store openings with launch strategies, media plans, and experiential initiatives.
  • CRM & Clienteling: Design and implement CRM strategies to deepen customer relationships and boost lifetime value. Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to develop personalized, data-driven clienteling tools. Leverage customer insights to tailor experiences and increase engagement across channels.
  • Content Creation & Brand Expression: Oversee creation of content across digital and offline touchpoints—ensuring consistency with O-100’s luxury positioning. Manage production of creative assets, including photography, video, and editorial content.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring ROI across channels and initiatives. Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and digital roles, ideally within luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of social media, digital advertising, influencer marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Experience working with luxury or high-end brands is strongly preferred.

  • Creative thinker with strong aesthetic sensibility and brand intuition.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
