Receiving requests for legal services (call / email / business WhatsApp) and registering them in a unified form.

Collecting basic information about the client and the subject of the service and preparing it for presentation to the partner/department head.

Preparing drafts of price quotes and fees according to approved models and pricing policies and following up on client approval and signature.

Uploading proposals and documents via Etimad platform and following up on the request status until awarding or closure.

Coordinating the preparation of fee agreements and preparing them for signature, then referring files to the relevant departments and opening them in the internal system.

Building and updating a database for clients and potential clients (Leads) and issuing brief reports on requests and contracts monthly.

Contributing to the preparation of presentations and simple marketing materials (Word/PowerPoint/Canva) and supporting the office's marketing activities.

Requirements

GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
Requires 2-5 Years experience
Expert or Advanced in English
