Summary

This role is primarily about shooting and editing high-quality videos and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok. You’ll plan and produce engaging short-form content, manage social channels end-to-end, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement—especially across video-centric platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • 🎥 Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms (with a focus on short-form/Reels/TikTok).
  • 📸 Utilize personal camera gear and equipment to capture engaging visuals; ensure proper lighting and audio.
  • 📱 Plan, manage, and create content for social media, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • 📈 Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns on Meta and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • 🗣️ Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and content strategies.
  • 📊 Analyze campaign and content performance; provide actionable insights and A/B testing recommendations.
  • 🗂️ Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects and assets.

🎓 Qualifications

  • 📷 Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and production (portfolio required).
  • 🎬 Ownership of professional camera gear; familiarity with lighting and audio equipment.
  • 💡 Strong understanding of social media trends, especially short-form video formats (Reels/TikTok).
  • 📈 Hands-on experience planning and optimizing digital/social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads a plus).
  • 🗣️ Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • 📝 Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • 🧠 Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • 🏥 Experience in healthcare or wellness marketing is a plus.
  • 📍 Preferably resides in the northern areas of Riyadh.
