- Meta Ads Manager

Ability to:

Create campaigns from scratch

Optimize performance (Optimization)

Test ads (A/B Testing)

Second: Analysis and Reading Numbers

Understanding performance indicators such as:

- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CTR / Conversion Rate

Ability to analyze campaigns and make decisions based on data

Third: E-commerce

Experience in managing online stores (preferred):

- Shopify or WooCommerce

Improve customer experience on the site (Conversion Optimization)

Follow up on orders and customer behavior

Fourth: Content Creation (Important)

Writing attractive advertising content

Knowledge of product photography basics

Producing short videos (Reels / TikTok)

Fifth: Content Marketing

Ability to:

Create sales content ideas

Write offers and packages

Manage social media accounts

Sixth: Influencer Marketing (Additional Advantage)

Dealing with influencers

Managing campaigns with them

Measuring collaboration results
