This pivotal role involves planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand visibility and support sales growth. You will play a crucial role in communicating our technical excellence in gypsum, drywall, GRG/GRC solutions, and construction systems across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Support product launches and assist in market segmentation and targeting for contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors.
  • Content & Brand Communication: Coordinate the creation of promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
  • Sales & Technical Team Support: Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to create market-ready messaging and enable sales with effective tools.
  • Events, Training & Partnerships: Support marketing for exhibitions, workshops, and coordinate branding for industry events.
  • Market Research & Insights: Monitor competitor activities and gather insights to improve our market strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or the construction materials sector.
  • Experience with technical or engineering-driven products is a strong advantage.
