Apt Resources is currently seeking skilled Mechanical Technicians to become a part of our client’s generator maintenance team in Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals with substantial experience in maintaining and assembling generator components within an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mechanical components of generator sets, including engine assembly.
• Conduct routine maintenance and on-site servicing, such as changing filters, fuel injectors, and related components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on generator sets both in the workshop and at client locations.
• Attend emergency maintenance calls outside regular working hours and prepare detailed service reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of generator systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Physically capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting medium to heavy objects frequently.
• Good English communication skills.

About the Role:

Qualifications:

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications/experience.
• 15 years of experience in the Mechanical field, particularly with diesel/gas generators.
• Effective troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical drawings.
• Valid local Driving License.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to conduct technical and manual work in various weather conditions.
