We are looking for a medical coordinator with strong communication skills and a professional personality to help organize clinic appointments, enhance the patient experience, and contribute to increasing sales and achieving the clinic's targets by following up with clients and building a distinctive experience for them.



Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the doctor’s appointments and bookings
  • Welcoming patients and following up on their conditions and appointments
  • Responding to customer inquiries and presenting appropriate services and offers
  • Following up on treatment plans and coordinating with internal departments
  • Contributing to achieving the clinic’s targets and improving customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any health specialty, public relations, or marketing
  • Experience in customer service or medical coordination is preferred
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in using computers
