Join our team as a Medical Secretary!
At لدله الصحية, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional healthcare services. As a Medical Secretary, you will perform vital administrative tasks that support the Nursing Department in delivering quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries, ensuring effective communication.
  • Type correspondence, memos, and duty rosters.
  • Process work-related requests from staff including material requests, vacation leaves, and overtime.
  • Organize departmental meetings and take accurate minutes.
  • Transcribe medical reports and discharge summaries as required.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for correspondence.
  • Prepare visual aids for presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Support the Quality Improvement Program and participate in departmental audits.
  • Contribute to hospital safety management and risk programs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Secretary.
  • College graduate or holding a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and respect for patient confidentiality.
