Join the Independent Food Company as the Office Manager for the CEO!
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a dynamic hospitality company based in UAE, known for its unique food concepts like SALT, Shalwa, and Parker’s. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Saudi national to manage day-to-day operations and support the CEO's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO’s daily workflow, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure meeting actions, decisions, and deliverables are tracked and executed.
  • Coordinate project agendas, timelines, and cross-functional inputs.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for the CEO’s office.
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, and misalignment.
  • Maintain structure, documentation, and operational discipline.

Requirements:
  • Must be a Saudi national and based in Riyadh.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Experience in PMO, office management, operations, or similar roles.
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders/founders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace.
