We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of onshore drilling rig operations for a market-leading drilling contractor in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on, residential role requiring a visible leader to manage multiple land rigs and ensure safety and efficiency in drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily onshore drilling operations focusing on safety and crew welfare.
- Oversee all rig activities ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety obligations.
- Establish and report on operational performance metrics.
- Conduct regular site visits and lead management meetings.
- Manage rig contracts and client relationships for maximum operational value.
- Support business development and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in drilling rig operations.
- Experience in a Senior Rig Superintendent or Operations Manager role.

Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of drilling safety systems and operational best practices.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent planning and decision-making abilities.
