Job Vacancy – Operations Manager Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Our company is looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee the operations of several branches within one of our coffee shop groups, ensuring the delivery of an extraordinary customer experience and achieving the highest levels of operational performance. Main Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations across all branches to ensure smoothness and quality. - Lead and develop teams and branch managers to achieve company goals. - Maintain service quality and customer experience across all branches. - Monitor inventory, orders, and costs periodically. - Implement and apply unified operational standards and procedures across the network. - Prepare performance and sales reports and key performance indicators for senior management. - Innovate solutions to improve efficiency and profitability. Requirements: - The applicant must be a Saudi national. - 3-5 years of experience in managing coffee shop or restaurant operations. - Proven experience in managing multiple branches is a strong advantage. - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams efficiently. - Analytical skills, decision-making skills, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
