About the Role

Yallo Group is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This permanent, full-time position requires a candidate with a strong blend of functional HRMS expertise and technical development capabilities, evidenced by proven experience in Oracle EBS implementations, rollouts, and support projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality Oracle EBS HRMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle EBS HRMS implementations, rollouts, and production support engagements.
  • Engage with business users to gather, analyze, and document HR functional requirements.
  • Perform Fit-Gap analysis and propose scalable solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
  • Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Absence Management, Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Learning Management, Recruitment & Succession Planning.
  • Design and develop technical solutions and customizations, including PL/SQL development, Oracle Workflow customization, Forms and personalization, BI Publisher reports, and interfaces/integrations.
  • Configure HRMS system components such as Descriptive & Key Flexfields (DFF/KFF), Value Sets and Special Information Types (SIT), security profiles, users, responsibilities, menus, request sets, and concurrent programs.
  • Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including Solution Design Documents, Functional & Technical Specifications, Setup & Configuration Documents, SIT & UAT Test Scripts, and training materials/user guides.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within integrated project environments.
  • Ensure quality delivery within project timelines and scope.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience in an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in both functional HRMS modules and technical development within Oracle EBS.
  • Proven experience in Oracle EBS HRMS implementation, rollout, and support projects.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and Oracle HRMS configurations.
  • Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and developing interfaces.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid technical experience in HR, including PL/SQL, HR Schema, Data Migration, HR APIs, Reports Development, Concurrent Programs Development, Integrations and Interface handling, and Forms Personalization.

Additional Information

This is a permanent, full-time position for one opening. Preferred qualifications include experience with KSA/GCC payroll and HR compliance requirements, Oracle certifications in HRMS or technical modules, and experience in large-scale enterprise or government projects.
