About the Role
Btranz Software Solutions, a company specializing in ERP and Mobile Application Development with a global presence, is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires fluency in Arabic and a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM modules, working closely with HR teams to enhance HR processes and deliver client value. Travel to Saudi Arabia for client engagements and project delivery is a requirement of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle HCM applications.
- Conduct functional workshops, user training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, process documentation, and reports.
- Support data migration, integration with other systems, and system upgrades.
- Ensure strict compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Travel to Saudi Arabia as required for onsite project support and stakeholder collaboration.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic is essential.
- Readiness to travel to Saudi Arabia for client engagements and project delivery.

- Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
