Order Fulfillment & Logistics Manager

About the Role

Quest Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment & Logistics Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the entire Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from order confirmation through to final delivery and installation, with a focus on customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and performance standards.
• Monitor and drive logistics KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and operational performance targets.
• Partner with sales teams to minimize backlog, reduce order slippage, and support business objectives.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy and compliance with local fiscal regulations and revenue recognition policies.
• Support the development of accurate sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
• Ensure high standards of data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across order processing and portfolio management activities.
• Drive effective issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives across customer fulfillment and logistics operations.
• Promote governance, compliance, and best practices throughout the Order-to-Cash process.
• Optimize logistics costs, inventory management, stock availability, and operational processes.
• Build, develop, and lead a customer-focused, high-performing logistics and fulfillment team.
