Responsibilities:
- Research and develop innovative pastry recipes and concepts that align with Rgheeb's vision.
- Test and refine recipes, incorporating feedback from the kitchen team and management.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create signature desserts that captivate our customers.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and flavor developments to inspire new desserts.
- Ensure the highest quality standards in taste, presentation, and sanitation practices.
- Oversee ingredient sourcing and inventory management to ensure freshness and quality.
- Train kitchen staff in pastry techniques and best practices for dessert preparation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations of new dessert concepts to stakeholders.
- Experiment with flavor combinations and ingredient substitutions to create new and unique products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar R&D role with a focus on innovative dessert creation.
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking principles, and dessert presentation.
- Strong creativity and ability to design unique pastries and desserts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
- Degree or diploma in Pastry Arts or a related culinary field is preferred.
- Passion for culinary experimentation and a deep appreciation for high-quality ingredients.
