Patient Receptionist

The purpose of the job: Receiving patients and visitors professionally, providing the necessary support to organize appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative processes in the clinic. Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Receiving patients and visitors and welcoming them in a polite and professional manner. 2. Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails and directing them to the relevant parties. 3. Scheduling appointments, confirming them, and updating the clinic's electronic system continuously. 4. Registering new patients' data and verifying its accuracy in the system. 5. Collecting payments from patients and issuing invoices and receipts. 6. Coordinating between doctors and patients to ensure smooth scheduling without overlaps. 7. Maintaining the confidentiality of medical and administrative information. 8. Monitoring cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area. 9. Handling initial complaints or observations from patients and forwarding them to management when necessary. 10. Collaborating with the accounting department regarding daily financial reconciliations. 11. Preparing daily reports on appointments, visits, and payments and delivering them to management. Required Skills: - High communication and customer service skills. - Proficiency in Arabic, with a good understanding of English. - Proficient in using computers and clinic management systems (such as Clinix, EasyClinic, or Dentrix). - Politeness and good appearance, with the ability to handle work pressure. - Punctuality and accuracy in task performance.
