Main tasks and responsibilities: 1- Receiving visitors and answering their inquiries and guiding them to the places they are looking for in the clinics. 2- Providing visitors and patients with brochures related to the clinics, services, medical packages, and marketing offers. 3- Opening medical files. 4- Registering patients in the dedicated clinics system and ensuring the accuracy of the information before saving it. 5- Creating and printing invoices for patients and collecting their amounts in cash or via ATM cards and entering the payment receipts. This is done through the designated clinics system. 6- Ensuring that patients and visitors fill out the medical disclosure forms and commitment forms and sign them by the patients, archiving and attaching these forms to the patient's file in the dedicated clinics system. 7- Printing a daily bulletin for doctors with the appointments for the next day and informing them of any changes that may occur. 8- Performing any tasks assigned to her by the administration.
