About the Role

Prospex Development is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for an individual who excels in both strategic planning and direct execution of digital marketing activities across various channels. The specialist will oversee paid advertising, email marketing, social media, lead generation, campaign optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to inform campaign strategies.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to enhance results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate qualified leads for both B2B and B2C markets, focusing on quality and conversion potential.
  • Develop and optimize lead generation funnels to streamline the customer acquisition process.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives.

  • Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Create and schedule compelling content aligned with marketing objectives and audience interests.
  • Monitor social media engagement, identify opportunities to increase reach, and drive lead generation through social platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality marketing materials.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, including lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Maintain comprehensive dashboards and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and campaign improvements, driving continuous optimization.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong and proven B2B lead generation experience is essential.
  • Experience generating leads for professional services, SaaS, technology, recruitment, financial services, or similar industries.
  • Mandatory experience marketing to the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • A solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Fluent English communication skills are required.
