Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, coordinate, and control work activities of personnel to ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Implement work schedules and make adjustments based on operational requirements.
• Conduct periodic area tours to check operations and avoid production delays.
• Ensure availability of raw materials while coordinating with warehouse and purchasing departments.
• Monitor equipment and machinery performance, coordinating with the technical department regarding troubles or breakdowns.
• Evaluate production line performance, addressing efficiency, wastage, and material usage.
• Prepare and submit production reports to superiors.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss operational issues and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security measures, and good manufacturing practices (GMP and HACCP).
• Supervise daily production reports and perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• University graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a food company.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of steel grades and fabrication support services.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with ISO, AISC standards, and project-based procurement.
• Experience with procurement KPIs in ERP dashboards.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, project-driven environments with varying demands.
