Job Description

Direct supervision of branches or sites affiliated with the region.
Follow up on employee performance and evaluate productivity and commitment.
Ensure the application of approved policies and procedures.
Address operational issues and take corrective actions as needed.
Conduct periodic field visits to branches and prepare reports.
Monitor key performance indicators and achieve set goals.
Coordinate with various departments to support workflow.
Follow up on recruitment, training, and development needs for employees.
Ensure high-quality customer service.
Submit periodic reports and recommendations to management

Requirements

Requires 2-5 Years experience
Intermediate in English
