Job Description

  • Direct supervision of branches or sites affiliated with the region.

  • Ensure the application of approved policies and procedures.
  • Address operational issues and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct periodic field visits to branches and prepare reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and achieve set goals.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support workflow.
  • Follow up on recruitment, training, and development needs for employees.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Submit periodic reports and recommendations to management

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
