We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our air conditioning assembly lines in Riyadh. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production and supervise staff on air conditioning assembly lines, ensuring 4M1E preparation is completed effectively.
• Coordinate and resolve line abnormalities, monitor production progress, and achieve daily output targets while ensuring perfect work order completion.
• Train and develop the production team to enhance efficiency.
• Implement 5S management and basic site improvements for better workflow.
• Conduct monthly production status reviews and prepare production plans accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of production management experience in air conditioning; proficient in RAC assembly processes.
• Strong leadership and employee management skills.
• Good command of English and Urdu.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.

Are you a fresh Engineering graduate ready to kick-start your career in a world-class manufacturing environment? We’re looking for ambitious Saudi talents to join our Tamheer Program in our Riyadh Plant – 2nd Industrial City within Supply Chain (Production).

This is your chance to gain hands-on operational experience, work with industry experts, and build a strong foundation in manufacturing excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in production planning per shift and ensuring schedule attainment
• Supervising operators and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
• Supporting training and coaching sessions for operators and packers
• Contributing to line efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring line material efficiency, waste (grams give-away), and performance KPIs
• Supporting quality compliance and ensuring production of high-quality finished goods
• Assisting in machine condition checks and maintenance follow-ups
• Ensuring GMP standards, housekeeping, and safety compliance
• Supporting SAP/Colos systems utilization and reporting
• Participating in EHS and OH&S programs to ensure a safe work environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Strong interest in manufacturing, operations, and production environments
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Requirement:

Program Duration:

A production supervisor is required to oversee production operations and ensure that the specified goals are achieved in a timely manner and with the highest quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for following up with work teams and coordinating tasks between different departments, in addition to monitoring compliance with safety and occupational health procedures. Previous experience in production supervision and strong leadership skills are required, along with the ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
