هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل تتطلب التواجد في الرياض كمنسق مشاريع. سيكون لدى منسق المشاريع مسؤولية الإشراف على التخطيط والتنفيذ وتتبع المشاريع المعينة لضمان اكتمالها في الوقت المحدد وبنجاح. تشمل المسؤوليات التنسيق بين الفرق، مراقبة تقدم المشروع، الحفاظ على الجداول الزمنية، وإعداد التقارير للمعنيين. يتطلب الدور مهارات فعالة في الاتصال والتنظيم لإدارة المهام اليومية وحل التحديات بشكل استباقي.

المؤهلات:
- المؤهل: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية
- الخبرة: خريج جديد إلى 10 سنوات
- مهارات حل المشكلات والتفكير النقدي لمعالجة التحديات وضمان نجاح المشروع.
- معرفة بالأدوات والبرامج ذات الصلة لتتبع المشاريع وإعداد التقارير.
- يُفضل الحصول على خبرة سابقة في تنسيق المشاريع، خاصة في مجالات البناء أو العقارات أو الضيافة.
- القدرة على العمل في الرياض مع نهج استباقي ومرتبط بفريق العمل.
