This resort features 150 luxurious rooms, 7 distinct Food & Beverage outlets, and a rejuvenating spa, catering to both adults seeking relaxation and families looking for adventure.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on swimming pools, spas, and related equipment.
- Water Quality: Test and adjust the chemical levels in the pool water to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Cleaning: Clean and maintain the pool area, including skimming debris and vacuuming the pool.
- Equipment Management: Inspect and maintain pool equipment, replacing defective parts as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to local health and safety regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and water quality tests.
- Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to guests regarding pool area inquiries.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical or trade school program in pool maintenance is preferred.
- Proven experience as a swimming pool technician, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
Preferred Skills:- Relevant certifications in pool maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to pool maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills.
