Coordinating with technology and branding companies, delivering documents, and follow-up. Preparing the experimental party completely in coordination with the team. Ensuring the delivery and effectiveness of systems (ERP/CRM). Managing technicians (balloons - decor - setup) and distributing tasks and checking inventory. Daily follow-up on preparation orders and their timings. Requirements: Previous experience in managing event preparation projects is required. A valid driving license + good knowledge of the streets and neighborhoods of Riyadh. A responsible, precise, organized personality who enjoys accomplishing tasks.

Purchasing specialist required to work in a company specialized in providing technical solutions for the healthcare sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing process from requests for proposals to issuing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective supply, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing project department needs, documenting all processes and financial documents, and following up on invoices and payments in coordination with the finance department.
