Job Description As a Project Management Specialist at Marble Design, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing projects that contribute to the growth and success of our business. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and exceptional managerial skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. · Good reception and treatment of clients. · Keeping and recording data for all clients. · Sufficient knowledge about all the company's products and services to provide the client with accurate comprehensive information. · Working on monitoring projects from the project preparation phase through building and reviewing the plan, implementation, and until project closure. · Effective communication and working within different teams to achieve project objectives. · Knowledge of project technical and financial information with high accuracy in line with client goals and sharing it with management. · Ensuring projects are closed properly by working with project management.   • Coordinating Operations: Collaborating with sales, design, and procurement teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and with high quality.

  • Building Strong Professional Relationships: Establishing and maintaining continuous relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and clients to ensure their satisfaction and continuity of collaboration.

  • Quality Monitoring: Ensuring all projects comply with the quality and safety standards of sanitary ware.

  • Reporting: Providing periodic reports to management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

  • Problem Solving: Dealing with any operational or technical obstacles during project execution and proposing effective solutions.

  • Improving Processes: Proposing and implementing initiatives to improve project management and increase its efficiency within the sanitary ware department.


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
